The cut-off is not a target IRCC aims for; it is simply the score of the last candidate invited once the round has issued its allocated number of invitations. That is why the number moves, and why chasing a specific score is less useful than knowing which draws you qualify for.

The CRS cut-off of 419 is 26 points higher than the previous French draw (#405) held on March 18, 2026, which had a cut-off of 393. This was the 4th French-language draw of 2026 and the 23rd Express Entry selection round of the year, with a total of 65,154 ITAs issued so far in 2026.
