British Columbia runs one of Canada’s most active provincial programs, but its worker route is now built around a job offer from a B.C. employer. If you are planning B.C. PR from Hyderabad, this page explains the current Skills Immigration streams, who they suit and how our BC PNP consultants in Hyderabad can help. Information on this page is taken from the official Government of British Columbia BC PNP website as last checked in September 2026.

Some occupations cannot use any Skills Immigration stream, including executive assistants (12100), HR and recruitment officers (12101), accounting technicians and bookkeepers (12200), administrative officers and assistants (13100, 13110, 13111, 13112), retail and food service supervisors (62010, 62020), real estate agents (63101) and religious occupations (41302, 42204). Always check the current list before your employer starts the process.
For most applicants in India, the realistic route is the Skilled Worker stream with a B.C. job offer in a TEER 0-3 occupation and at least 2 years of experience. B.C. also gives priority to occupations on its selection list, so the occupation you are offered matters as much as your profile.
Without a B.C. job offer, the BC PNP worker streams are not open to you today. Depending on your profile, these routes may work better:
Not under the current Skills Immigration streams. Both the Skilled Worker and Health Authority streams need a full-time, indeterminate job offer from an eligible B.C. employer.
The Skills Immigration streams need at least CLB 4. Your employer or occupation may need more, and a higher score helps your overall profile.
Registration is free and the application fee is CAD 1,750, paid only through the BC PNP online portal. The federal PR application has separate IRCC fees.
Share your occupation, experience, education and language score, and we will tell you whether British Columbia fits – or which Canada route does. See all provinces on our Canada PNP consultants in Hyderabad page, book a free consultation or call +91 95055 15154.
