The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is one of the few provincial programs that still offers routes to skilled workers without a job offer. If you are planning Saskatchewan PR from Hyderabad, this page explains the current SINP categories, the points grid and how our Saskatchewan PNP consultants in Hyderabad can help. Information on this page is taken from the official Government of Saskatchewan SINP website as last checked in September 2026.
| 2026 nominations | 4,761 (initial allocation) |
| Priority sectors | At least 50% for health care, agriculture, skilled trades, mining, manufacturing, energy and technology |
| Capped sectors | Accommodation and food services, trucking and retail trade – up to 25% in total |
| Job offers | Employers now use an Employer Position Assessment (EPA) instead of the old Job Approval Form |

| Sub-category | Job offer needed? | Key points |
|---|---|---|
| Occupation In-Demand | No | Expression of Interest; skilled experience in an in-demand occupation |
| Saskatchewan Express Entry | No | Expression of Interest; you also need a federal Express Entry profile |
| Employment Offer | Yes – via an approved EPA | For skilled workers with a Saskatchewan job offer |
| Talent pathways | Varies | Health, Agriculture and Innovation & Tech talent pathways, plus an International Healthcare Worker EOI pool |
For applicants in India without a job offer, Occupation In-Demand and Saskatchewan Express Entry are the routes to aim for. Because at least half of 2026 nominations go to priority sectors, applicants in health care, trades, technology and other priority fields have a better chance.
This is one of the few provinces where a job offer is not always needed. Depending on your profile, these routes may work better:
Yes. The Occupation In-Demand and Saskatchewan Express Entry sub-categories do not need a job offer, but you must meet the points grid and be selected from the Expression of Interest pool.
You need at least 60 out of 110 points on the SINP points grid. Meeting the minimum does not guarantee an invitation.
The initial 2026 allocation is 4,761, with at least half reserved for priority sectors such as health care, agriculture, skilled trades, mining, manufacturing, energy and technology.
